Yesterday at Work and Today at Home
Yesterday at Work and Today at Home

Only four hours yesterday to work on my Water Wars repetition problem because the first four hours of my shift I didn’t have the chance to do any writing. Not because it was busy at work. No, it was a normal Sunday. It wasn’t very busy at all. The reason why I couldn’t do it was that I wasn’t alone.

I probably could have done it anyway. But I’m a private kind of writer. Especially, when I’m doing the writing. I don’t mind others reading it like here on WDC. But I don’t like it when its in progress. I also don’t mind talking about it to co-workers, supervisors, etc. If I do, I’m very vague about it.

Unfortunately, I still didn’t solve my repetition problem. And I don’t think that the extra four hours would have helped either. But all may not be lost and given up, though. Toward the end of the shift, I did try something that I don’t think I have tried before. And that’s breakdown the Teaser and Tag scenes with the other four Acts.

What do I mean by that? It means I tried to match up the Teaser and Tag Acts with the other four Acts. True, it meant a lot of repetition between the Younger-Than-Adults and the adults. But that’s not a problem anymore now that I have remembered about Voonc being part of it. That trying paid off too. At least I thought that it did.

It looked solved on paper. And it looked very good on my spreadsheet after I got home from work. But just as I was about to celebrate finally solving my problem, I noticed that I had an extra scene in the Teaser and Tags for the adults. So, it wasn’t solved after all.

Before I went to sleep last night, I tried to work it out several different ways to solve this latest problem. But I couldn’t do it. Since I knew that my brother and I had a lot of things that needed to be done today I went to sleep. I didn’t think that I would have too much time today to work on it because of what we needed to do. Unfortunately, I was right about that too. In fact, this blog entry has been my first opportunity to do any writing today.

I wasn’t going to work on it anyway. I’ve still got my WDC Short Story for this month to write. Normally, I would start working on it after I post this blog entry. But I probably won’t be able to do too much on it. My brother and I have a lot to do tomorrow too. At least we do early in the morning and into early afternoon. After that, I should have some free time to work on it. I may be able to do a little before I go to sleep tonight. But it probably won’t be too much more than the title and what it’s going to be about.
