Keeping a set routine
So it goes like this - once you have had a set routine for 4 years, and it is the same thing for the same time each day, how do you change this? It is ingrained - like a callous - like an ingrown hair - like a part in your hair - like an addiction.

It will take time. It is like giving up a bad habits except this is a good habit. Oh my, what a deal. Our dog died and we were used to walking her 4 times a day. A very set routine at set times of the day. She would not potty in the yard. She would only do it on a walk. So she had us well-trained. So she walked us 4 times a day. Now that is not needed. But we need to still do this so we won't gain 20 pounds we kept at bay by walking those 4 miles!
