Part VIII – PURPLE SKIES

Chapter Thirty-Eight – Muab’s Vision

As DragonBlue held the sacred items with reverence
Muab began to explain how they would use in essence

To open the next threshold leading to the third dimension
Only occurring betwixt and between of each direction

During the cycles of three moons from maiden of crescent
To full, complete as mother and the crone in descent.

Muab told of the vision she had been given
About a dragon of blue who was the key to begin

The opening of the gateway taking them all home
Listening intently, DragonBlue felt in her bones

The eerie feeling of De’Ja’Vu’ as she too
Had this vision with Muab the one missing clue

As well the catalyst and keeper of the keys
Answering a deeper question of one who sees

DragonBlue inquired about the portal’s location
Muab sketched in the dust a crude map for contemplation.

Of their surroundings complete with each cavity,
In each direction, the moon, a symbolic marking

First things first, they must

try to acquire dry food and traveling supplies
as well as the other seven joining them to utilize

The magick as nine; becoming one
In a circle of intense protection.

“The other seven?” Inquired the dragon of blue
Muab replied, “Who are they? I wish I really knew.

What I do know is they possess knowledge that is ancient
And the ‘darkness’ placing them here is no coincidence.

They controlled the power to destroy what they have created
Knowledge such as this is allowed to exist unabated

By  the forces omnipotent, universe in  motion
That rules all the beat and rhythm of all emotions
