Is Halloween part of the Ember Days?

Pope Leo the Great(440-461), declared the Wednesday, Fridays, and Saturdays
of the beginning of the four seasons, the Church appointed days for fasting
and abstinence.

In pagan Rome, these days were called Quatoruar Tempora: the four times.
The Romans at the beginning of the time of seeding and harvesting performed
religious ceremonies to implore their Gods for help.

The Church Christianized these pagan customs.
The ordinations of the clergy were held on these times.
Of the six official ordinations, three were in Lent: on Ember Days.

One of those Ember Days falls on Halloween.
On Lent Ember Days Catholics are marked with ash on their foreheads.
Catholics pray for the redemption of nonCatholics through the resurrection of Christ.
