Several Reasons Why I Didn’t Get Too Much Written
Several Reasons Why I Didn’t Get Too Much Written

Yesterday wasn’t a good day when it comes to my writing. I didn’t get too much of it done. it wasn’t as bad as it reads, though. True, I didn’t get a lot of single sentences written for my Water Wars movie Outline. But I did get almost half of it done. That’s thirty-five sentences. Which doesn’t read like too much to me either. And it isn’t. But after the day that I had, thirty-five isn’t all that bad.

There are several reasons why I didn’t get more written on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. All of them are related to my work there. It was very, very busy at work yesterday. In fact, it was so busy that it made Wednesday look good. I was on my feet a lot yesterday. True, it wasn’t as bad as a normal Wednesday. But for a Thursday it was very, very bad.

The sun trying to blind me for almost the first three hours also added to me not getting as much writing as I should have gotten written. Once the sun went down, it was a lot better. But I was so far behind on what I wanted to get done yesterday that I had a whole lot of trouble concentrating on my writing.

Another reason is my being able to watch any television or movies on my cell phone. It was very hard for me to watch anything with all the buffering going on every few seconds. I know that where I work is behind what is going on with my cell phone. But I can’t prove it.

These few things would have slowed me down that much if it was only one or two of them. But all of them together it could. And it did. I just hope that it’s not going to be that bad at work today. If it’s not worse than yesterday. But it may not be as bad. At least not when it comes to the sun. After all, it’s supposed to be mostly cloudy most of the day today.

I’m going to try to get at least the rest of the movie Outline done today at work. I would also like to get started on the first episode Outline. In fact, I would like to get all the first episode written today. Which isn’t out of the question. It’s very unlikely that it will happen. But it is a possibility.

A lot of whether I get as much writing done today as I want to do depends on how busy it gets at work. If it’s like the last couple of days, then I may be lucky to get the movie Outline finished. But if it’s not that bad, then I may get a lot of writing done. I’m hoping it’s the later one if.
