A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
My Second Day Off From Work Today hasn’t been a great day when it comes to my second scriptwriting project, The Problems with Death. But it hasn’t been a bad one either. I may have only gotten nineteen single sentences down for my Treatment. And that doesn’t read like a lot because it isn’t. But it did make it enough to complete half of my movie, though. Why didn’t I get more written today? What is the usual reason why I don’t get more written? That’s right. It’s because I haven’t had that much time to do it. From seven AM WDC time, my brother and I have been very busy doing things that needed to be done most of today. In fact, it was almost the evening before I could even try to get any writing done. As soon as I got home, I started working on Act Three of single sentences for my movie Treatment on this project. And I didn’t stop until I started writing this blog entry about a half-hour ago. I had a little bit of trouble concentrating on it because I only got a few hours of sleep since I got up so early today. but it didn’t slow me down that much. Besides concentration, did I have any other problems with my writing? The answer to that is yes and no. I did have a few problems. But they didn’t really cause me any problems. No puns intended. What I mean by that is that I’m writing this second project on my laptop. So, it’s not as hard to make corrections as it is when I’m handwriting it first. If I was handwriting it like my Water Wars scriptwriting project, then it would have been a lot harder to do. I’m sure I still could have done at least nineteen single sentences for this Treatment. After all, I would have been at work today. so, instead of being slowed down because of my day off, I would have been by work. Either way, I probably would have gotten at least nineteen written.
