Depression

Depression is where I live of late and therefore it is difficult to be objective. I work with a guy that seems caught up in his own negative spiral looking for a damsel to rescue him from his depression that leaves him feeling tired all the time and unloved. It is kind of innoculus. When will it end and yet I had my own answer from my daughter. It is realizing that people can be different, an invitation to love oneself even if one does not feel like it.
