Getting Ready for the End of the Week
Getting Ready for the End of the Week

Yesterday at work wasn’t all that great of a day when it comes to my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But it wasn’t that bad either. I got fifteen more paragraphs written for my first episode for this series. And there weren’t any Establishing Shots among them.

Fifteen paragraphs ranging from four to six handwritten lines may not read like a lot. But I think that it is. Any writing that you can get written is good. Even if it’s only a little bit of writing that’s better than nothing at all. Right? At least I think that it is.

I agree with you that fifteen paragraphs aren’t a lot of writing to most writers. But when you are doing it at work, and I am handwriting it because I’m not allowed to bring my laptop to work like everyone else can, it is. Unfortunately, I wanted to do five more so that I could end Act Two. But that didn’t happen.

What is the usual reason why I didn’t get more written? That is right. It’s work. Only I can’t blame them this time. because it was a very slow day at work yesterday. In fact, it was so slow it looked more like a Saturday than a Sunday. That’s how slow it was.

That’s enough about yesterday. What about today. today has been very busy when it comes to writing. But it hasn’t been because of my second scriptwriting project, The Problems with Death. I’m putting that on hold this week for a couple of reasons. One reason is that I re-opened one contest and started a challenge. I launched them last night before I went to sleep. And I have already gotten my first challenge.

The second reason is that I have been working on the upcoming Review Raid that’s taking place this Thursday and Friday. I saved the reviews that I’m going to try to do for this Raid. But I had to adjust the template that I’m going to be using for it. That’s not all, though.

I also had to create a couple of other templates for my challenges that I hope will be coming my way. And I may have to create a few more depending on what those challenges are. Right now, that isn’t a problem. If it becomes one, then I will have to deal with it.

Tomorrow, I will start doing my Raid Reviews. Well, that isn’t exactly true. I will start doing them. But I’m not going to post them until Thursday or Friday. I’m not sure how many of them I will get done tomorrow. I hope that I get most of them done, though. After all, after tomorrow I go back to work. And doing them after work can be a problem. But if that’s what I need to do to get them done I will.
