Where are the homeless quarantened?


Answer: In prison hospitals.

Muzzy has been designated a breeder.
He has been self-quarantined in his hobit for decades.
He has immunity to every virus, even herpes.
For these reasons, a dozen fertile virgin madens have been selected for him.
The COVID-19 has rendered most men sterile.
The federal government has drafted him to be a breeder.
It is his duty to repopulate the country.
