Day Three of The Bard's Hall Contest
Another morning in Montana. The porch is quiet. I am getting ready to get eye #2 fixed. The second cataract is to be lasered away this morning. Just think how amazing this procedure has become.

You go in with a problem in your eye. The lens has become clouded over time. I'm sure mine was caused by high altitude hiking, no sun protection, bad diet. Who really knows. Any way, both eyes had cataracts. So they use a laser to break them up, then insert a new lens in your eye. All in twenty minutes as an outpatient. No muss, no fuss. I gotta say it was a piece of cake the first time. I pray today will be the same.

So today's porch report will be later. I am off to the big city of Billings, Montana. It is where we go when we need anything our little burg cannot provide.

We bravely head out, protective masks in hand. Already my annoyance levels are raised. I am so ready for all this virus stuff to be over. But perhaps this is the new normal. I pray it isn't.
