A Very Lousy Yesterday

I only got fifty-five single sentences written yesterday for the third episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. And I know that’s not very good. In fact, it’s probably the worst that I have done. Except for the few times that I haven’t been able to do any writing. Which usually happened when I was working my old post.

Why did I only get so few written? What is the usual reason I don’t get too much writing done? That’s right. It’s work. And yesterday it was because of work. It was one of the busiest Thursdays that I have ever had. If not the worst one. Especially, the first six hours of it aka when the sun was blazing down on me and my long-sleeved shirt.

I’m not sure if it was the hottest day of the year or not. But it sure did feel like it to me. And big surprise!, I was out in it most of the time yesterday at work. I wasn’t out in it constantly. But I was outside my guard post a whole lot more than I should have been.

I think that where I work did it on purpose. Just another attempt to kill me. If that’s what they wanted to do. I wouldn’t be surprised about that. But they may not have wanted me dead this time. They may have just wanted me to pass out. Then they could claim I was sleeping on the job and get me fired.

Yes, I know how this reads. Like I’m paranoid, crazy, or both. And I probably am. But that doesn’t mean that it isn’t true. They have been trying to get me to quite for about a year and a half now. And they have tried almost everything that they can think of. That includes trying to kill me four times. But I’m stubborn. I’m not going to quit. They are going to have to fire me. And they don’t want to do that because they know I will sue them.

Hopefully, today I will do a lot better when it comes to my writing. I definitely can’t do too much worse. That’s for sure. Then again, it might depend on the weather and how bad it is at work. I don’t think that it will be because of the weather. It’s supposed to be very hot again. But not as hot as it was yesterday.

I don’t know how much writing I’m going to get done today. But I’m hoping that I get at least the last three Acts of the third episode of this project. If I can do that it’s one hundred and five single sentences. I really want to do the Tag Act too. That’s another twenty sentences. But I may be lucky if I get the three Acts written. It all depends on what happens at work today.
