That’s right, unfortunately. I didn’t get any writing done on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Why didn’t I get any writing written yesterday at work? What is the usual reason why I don’t get too much writing done or in this case no writing written? Unfortunately, that’s right too. It’s all because of work.

Why was it all works fault? There are two answers to this question. One answer is that it was extremely busy at work yesterday. The second answer is that I was working in my old post again yesterday. My posting is the main answer to this question. Just before I got to work, I found out that I would be working at my old post.

Of course, I took out my paper, pencil, and eraser to get some writing done. But I didn’t get the chance to do any of my writing on this project. I wanted to do it. But I just couldn’t do it because of work. That’s how busy it was there yesterday. From the start of my shift to the end of it I was kept busy most of the time.

I was on my feet about eighty to eighty-five percent of the time. Especially in the first half of my shift. The second half was a little bit better. But not by much. It was about seventy-five percent during that time. A whole lot of that time I wasn’t outside. That did help a little bit. But it wasn’t that much help, though.

Why was being outside such a big deal? It’s because of the heat. The heat was very hot yesterday. I don’t think that it was any record-breaking heat. But it sure did feel like that when I was outside. If I didn’t have to wear a long-sleeved shirt, it may have been a lot better. Unfortunately, I do have to wear one.

Even if the weather and work wasn’t a factor, probably would not have gotten too much writing done anyway. If I got any done at all. Why am I writing about this? It’s because of the Air Conditioning at that post. The AC is working. But it doesn’t do too good of a job keeping that place cool. Fans help some. They aren’t that much help, though.

As far as I know, I’m going to be back at my regular post today. If that’s true, then I should be able to get some writing done on this project. How much writing I don’t know? It all depends on how busy it gets at work. And how hot it gets. I don’t know about work. But the heat is going to be in the middle eighties today.
