I was going to entitle this blog entry, “I Think This is My Best Thursday Ever.” But I like this one better. Besides, I’m not sure if yesterday was my best Thursday ever. I’m sure that is close to being my best. Maybe second or third highest. But not if it’s my best.

This blog title says it all. I really did write seventeen single paragraphs yesterday at work. That includes fifteen Scene Paragraphs and two Establishing Shot paragraphs. which I think is a lot. I also think that it’s great. Especially, considering I did it on a weekday aka Thursday.

I am a little bit surprised that I got that many written yesterday at work. After all, it was very busy yesterday at work. In fact, it was one of the busiest Thursdays that I have seen in a long time. If it’s not the busiest one I have ever had. That’s how busy it was.

Don’t ask me why I got so my single paragraphs written on my movie Scene Outline of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. because I don’t know how I did it. Maybe it was that I was so mad that I was late for work by twenty minutes because of a backup on 291 that became a one-lane road forever.

Maybe I used that madness to want to get my mind off what happened to me. I’m usually ten to fifteen minutes early for work. But not yesterday. That because I was on 291 for about forty minutes. That’s almost triple what I am normally on it. If I’m even on it that long.

I don’t know how I wrote so many single paragraphs at work. And I don’t really care. What I care about is that I did write that many. It may have taken me almost thirty minutes into my shift, but once I started writing I couldn’t stop until I finished it. Except for the work I had to do.

Today is Friday. And I hope I can do just as many single paragraphs today as I did yesterday. If not five more to end Act Eight. Doing twenty in one day may read like a lot. And it is. But that doesn’t mean I can’t do it. After all, it is a Friday. And I have done that many before on a Friday.

Of course, I would like to write twenty single paragraphs for this project. but if I can do ten to fifteen, I would be happy. Especially, if it’s fifteen. Whether I write ten, fifteen, twenty, less, or more I’m going to get as many of them written that I can.
