What amazing and/or disturbing things are crossing my mind now? Enter and find out...
This is your first and most likely only warning. But I've been known to change my mind. Anyways, the warning is that my mind can be a pretty scary place for the uninitiated. By entering you waive all rights to sanity, and very well may be haunted by any manner of creature that is contained herein. If you're really lucky, you may be hunted by many of them at the same time! CHANGE PLACES! Ooh, this chair is quite comfy. Now back to the show, er, tour. To your left you may notice cracks in the fabric of reality itself. Don't worry about them, they're mostly harmless. To your right is the duct tape orchards. Mind that you don't pick the fruits, they're not the tastiest buggers, and they tend to sting. Above you'll see several chandeliers, and no, you don't need your umbrellas today. Tomorrow is a different story. You'd like to hear a story? OK, maybe a quick one. It may be larger than it appears inside that mirror. But before we begin, try this shot here. Yes, it is a potion of my own concoction. Drink it, and who knows who or what you might become. Also, you might wonder what happened to your pants... What about my pants? Oh dear, where did I put them now?

I think I figured out why I was having so much trouble with my Nano novel. I had started at the wrong point! I jumped ahead in chronological order and started telling the story from a different point, and found it much better. I've still been writing in chronological order according to my protagonist, (not even close to chronological according o my story timeline... time travel and all) and but found a much better point to start the story. I won't have to throw out everything I wrote so far, going to use a good portion of what I've already written in flashbacks, but I've got a better angle into it.
I don't know how much sense I'm making now, because my head and eyes are telling me to get off this damn comp and get in bed. That's why I stopped writing my novel when I got to the point I'm going to put in the first of the flash backs. I think at least... I don't really know anymore.
About the only thing I can say for sure, was when I started writing I knew my beginning was extremely crappy and I was going to have to nearly completely rewrite the first chapter. Go ahead and look at how crappy it is if you want to I'll wait.

No I won't. I'm going to bed. But feel free to read the original crap anyways, lol. I at least got something down before to get me started, and have broken through this last weeks blockage. Maybe I can make some progress and start to get caught up before I have to work tomorrow night. I'm currently about 6000 words short of where I need to be to win NaNoWriMo

I'm taking a mental health day mostly, little stuck with my Nano, so I've been playing a bunch of vid games, drinking beer, rereading the Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide, eating donuts and other chocolaty goodness. That procrastination kinda stuff. I figure I've had enough of a mental health break, so time to get back to writing. Get some more chocolate and sit down to review where I'm at...
This tastes kinda funny.
I look down and see one wrapper on the desk.
Only one wrapper.
I had put both rolos in my mouth, yet only unwrapped one. Now I'm trying to decide if its worth it to go through the mass of caramel and chocolate to pick out the bits of tinfoil.
...
I can't decide! ARGH!!!!!
And now I just picked another bit of tinfoil out of my mouth...

An automated reminder to UPDATE THIS BLOG!
I'm almost completely flabbergasted. While it's a good idea, having the default setting at 1 day is much too short. And after typing that I had to raise my eyebrow and think, is it really too short? I'm still doing it.
The raising my eyebrow thing, not the thinking part.
Thinking makes my head hurt, so I try to do it as little as possible. My eyebrow won't stay down. Oh wait, it was just a side affect of the song coinciding with my attempt at thought. Brought me into a eyebrow raising loop at that 4th or 8th beat or whatever. I'm no good with music, except I know I like it. Unless it's twangy country, then I fricken hate it!!!!!!!! Was that enough exclamation marks for ya'll?
!
There. That should be enough. But music, the fantastical smorgasboard for my ears! Damn, that's another word Spellcheck doesn't want to recognize. Whatever. But anyways, music! Rock, Pop, old good country like Cash, Punk, Punk rock, Gypsy Punk, Russian rock, Celtic, Jpop, Electronia, Dance to the beat of the drums! Slide in a slight helping of blues and we're all set.
Hmm, how bout a medley?

With a rebel yell, say you'll do what I don't, and come tell me Sean O'Farrel.
Curse us as god has, till we're too drunk to fight and too tired to speak.
Need a second to breathe, having to spend each day the color of the leaves, and I'm afraid I won't get out alive, never be tamed.
She blew the boy's away, at the disco, that christens the moon, for dirty old and useless clown.
Am I bright enough to shine in your spaces?
For one last time let's go there, and out comes the man from mars.
Through the lost mountains endless, I'm Mr. coffee with an automatic drip, been that way for all my life.
Jump start my kaleidoscope heart, shatter the illusion of integrity.
Never been a faker, screaming catch me if you can.
Cause I like where I'm going, The world is mine tonight!

OK, I spent way too much time on that. But it was fun, lol. And every song I took a line from is listed below. For extra fun, see if you can match the line to the song *Smirk*

Rebel yell
Not easy being green
The rising of the moon
Light of a fading star
C'est la vie
Whatya want from me
No world for tomorrow
Ride a white horse
Last request
See you again
Mary Jane's last dance
All the right moves
Soldiers of the wasteland
One last drink
Uncharted
Troublemaker
Animal
Modern swinger
The spirit of radio
Riptide
Rapture
The bad touch
Have you ever seen the rain
Modern Pirates
Start wearing purple

Someone threw my subway away. I was looking forward to the delicious honey oat steak and cheese tonight. The kick the jalapeƱos give it, the onions and green peppers. There's some strict rules regarding the fridge at work, you have to have your name and the date on your item, and it's supposed to be thrown out if its been in there for more than three days. The fridge was a mess for the first year and whatever odd months since I started, but they've been making an effort to keep it clean this last 3 months. I bought subway yesterday, and as is my custom I save half for a later day in the week. I get off early tonight, partially so I can get caught up on my NaNo after this weekend from hell, and go to the fridge to grab my leftovers for a nice lunch. Lunch being a relative term because of the hours I keep, a very late dinner for most other people.
So I'm pissed. I'm going to make some tea and channel some of this rage into having my characters kill some bandits who are about to try and rob them. Gonna leave nothing but charred corpses... or maybe leave the corpses in the bottom of the avalanche that needs to happen soon...

Wow, I guess I really am trying to blog again. this will be my 4th blog attempt ever, but the first one begun while I'm passionate about writing. I have no idea why I started my first blog, I'm sure I could find my old LiveJournal account if I really tried. I don't feel like bothering right now though. Not because it's 530am, but because I just don't care about it. I was really immature when I made it, some might say little has changed, of which in some ways they might be right. So what.
My second blog attempt is still readily accessible to me, but I don't see much point to it. It's on okcupid.com, and I vacillitate between loving and not caring about that site too often. hehe, vacillitate. Spell checker doesn't want to accept it, and maybe I did do it wrong, but it sounds cool. Makes my mouth happy, like Squeegee and octopus. Did you not get the memo about how twisted my mind can be?
And my third attempt is on a weight loss site, sparkpeople.com. I still use that site, but not as much as I probably should, as I'm still overweight as my wii fit likes so much to tell me. I've gotten back into the habit of working out after not because of my injury. Maybe I'll go into detail about that at another time. Not today though. Suffice to say, I want to get under 200lb at least. Apples seem to help me with that. Also not drinking quite so much beer helps too. I love my tasty beers though, I have 5 or 6 flavors in my fridge at this moment. One day when I stop renting and buy my own place, I shall have my own bar in the basement with good stuff on tap. Not the pisswater that so many people drink. I do admit I will drink the pisswater beers bud or miller, but I won't buy them myself. If I wasn't so close to wanting to go to bed I would probably be grabbing one of my leinenkugel's and be drinking it right now. Instead, I shall just grab a glass of water.
...
You're still here? What more do you people want from me, gosh! Go to bed, cause that's what I'm going to do. I got to be at work in 12 hours, and need the rest. Maybe I'll entertain you another time *Wink*
