Hello, I am glad you are back. EX Navy, no wonder...My second son and my brother are both ex-navy and they both think ahead like you in another post talked about. Eight kids...lucky you. I raised three of my own then helped my daughter raise five. Your house must be bubbling with personalities.

Yes my oldest son was an alcoholic. I couldn't help him. I could not get him to even TRY to stop. It didn't end well for us. He took his own life at age 45 on his birthday. When a person doesn't want help there is nothing you can do. We tried interventions, we tried walking away, alcohol and drugs won.

You sound like a kindred spirit to my brother. BE PREPARED always for any and everything. Don't give up on your loved ones, not everyone thinks ahead. Some of us less evolved people like to slide along life's slopes on our butts. Good luck sometimes we have to experience the bunders before we learn. It might help that you can always say "I told you so."

Nope! no swelling or strange feelings. I do get this killer itch sometimes but it's not just in my feet, it's in different extremities at different times, but other than that, nothing.

Okay. Sure why not.

They can tell a lot by blood tests and visually as far as diabetes. If it's Type to you can control it with diet awareness. I know one person who lost enough weight that she's no longer diabetic.
Do your feet swell up or have any unique feelings in them?

Yes, I have been reading your entries with interest. You have a talent for expressing yourself with honesty. I can apreciate that. I have experienced some very similar things in my life, as well.

If I were to do a review, I would have to call out the punctuation (or lack thereof)
But perhaps, some of this may be intentional to allow your feelings to be expressed. You are the writer here, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on this. Another thing I need to mention is the incomplete wording, such as, in”S”, 2nd line. “Feels like the world is moving i slow motion.

I really do like your work and look forward to reading more of it. Thank you for sharing.

I agree. I think the reason so many people side with him, who have no reason to side with him, is because they've dug their heels in. They've been scorned by people who knew better than they did, and the only way out of it for them, mentally, is to not be in the wrong. So they convince themselves that they aren't. In order to not be wrong, Trump has to be good. So he is, and everyone who says he isn't is lying. I think getting out of this mess is going to be tricky, and I'm not sure we can. But out best shot is to stop putting Trump's followers on the defensive and get them to understand that they have a place among us if they want to have one--and they must have a place, otherwise they will never leave Trump's side. Why would they?

I'm sorry. Getting your house back and your daughter back is a blessing, albeit in disguise.I do hope the police get him first. He won't even realize what he did was so wrong. SADLY. Work on healing her, she needs your help. Thanks for sharing.

Hope for the best, expect the worst

I dont even know what to say today! i feel fine, but i keep getting the feeling something is about to happen. Not sure what it is, or even if it's good or bad, i just know something is coming. So i go into defense mode: Hope for the best, expect the worst. Ever felt like that? I just it comes from having a few good months with no emergency problems popping up, and i now feel i'm due. Damn, I can't even take a win when i got one1!

All right, look. I know i'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but damn! People can't be this seriously stupid! I mean, who seriously can't see how dirty Trump is? And how stupid, mean-spirited, greedy and corrupt he is? I know he gets support from people that don't really like him because he lines they're pockets, or because he is filling the courts with republican judges, and i understand that. But why on earth would the average, hard-working, never got $400,000,000.00 from they're father for start-up, regular ass American be so eager to support a dude that has never done a hard days work? He has nothing in common with you, don't give a shit about nothing but your vote so he can stay in power, and hasn't done a thing since his election other than give the rich a tax break and bring us to the brink of war, which YOUR kids will fight and die in, not his. i served this country in the Navy, and before the election i just knew the country i had served, fought for and would , if necessary, died for was dumb enough to elect this idiot. But Bam! I was wrong. Things are looking bleak right now, with President Bone Spurs in charge, but i hope America comes back to it's senses and votes his ass out. And no apologies, if you voted for him, i'm talking about your ass. The man is a rapist, but you voted for him. He dont pay taxes, something that if you did the government would lock you up for. Think he'll pardon you? He is a liar. Something you punish your children for doing, but applaud him for.And he is a criminal, defying the constitution and congress. Yall must want a dictator instead of a President. Well, lucky for you, this can be arranged. Move your ass to Russia.

Dumb movie Sunday

Sunday! A great day in my household. Breakfast in bed (ham, eggs, and french fries) and Dumb Movie Day. This sunday the dumb movie we are watching is "Zombeavers". Yeah, it's about zombie beavers eating a bunch of beer swelling red necks and scantily clad bimbos out in the woods. My wife, my son Andre, my daughter Dawn and i do this every weekend. Sometimes the older kids will join in. andre ie 13 and Dawn is 9, so they are still in the fun stage. Yay Sunday!

First Friday

Friday! I made it! Ok, let's get it yall! i gotta finish a few stories i've been working on forever, get this weight down 35 more pounds, and pay off a few debts. The outlook is bright, even though i know the devil will through some bullshit at me along the way, but i'm ready for it. My wife Leelee is a little under the weather, so i gotta deal with that first, but deal with it i shall. I am running the metallurgicall lab that i started working in four years ago. The company owners don't want to give me the supervisor tag, but they have to give me some money. I told them they dont have to call me supervisor, but you gotta pay me like it. They did. They really don't want a black man running part of they're business, but they got no choice. I'm the only one here that knows metallography. So i'm kicking this year off with a positive outlook. Let's go!

New Year

Hot Damn, it's a new year! Nope, no dumb ass resolutions, not doing nothing extra drastic , like wiping out half my facebook friends list, none of that. i'm gonna keep pushing forward, better myself and my family, and stay right with God. Yes i said God, but don't let that fool you, i still believe in putting a foot in someone's ass too. Might be a little more of that this year, than last year, you never know.
