Hello, I am glad you are back. EX Navy, no wonder...My second son and my brother are both ex-navy and they both think ahead like you in another post talked about. Eight kids...lucky you. I raised three of my own then helped my daughter raise five. Your house must be bubbling with personalities.

Yes my oldest son was an alcoholic. I couldn't help him. I could not get him to even TRY to stop. It didn't end well for us. He took his own life at age 45 on his birthday. When a person doesn't want help there is nothing you can do. We tried interventions, we tried walking away, alcohol and drugs won.

You sound like a kindred spirit to my brother. BE PREPARED always for any and everything. Don't give up on your loved ones, not everyone thinks ahead. Some of us less evolved people like to slide along life's slopes on our butts. Good luck sometimes we have to experience the bunders before we learn. It might help that you can always say "I told you so."
Teach yes, love harder.

Nope! no swelling or strange feelings. I do get this killer itch sometimes but it's not just in my feet, it's in different extremities at different times, but other than that, nothing.

Okay. Sure why not.

They can tell a lot by blood tests and visually as far as diabetes. If it's Type to you can control it with diet awareness. I know one person who lost enough weight that she's no longer diabetic.
Do your feet swell up or have any unique feelings in them?

Yes, I have been reading your entries with interest. You have a talent for expressing yourself with honesty. I can apreciate that. I have experienced some very similar things in my life, as well.

If I were to do a review, I would have to call out the punctuation (or lack thereof)
But perhaps, some of this may be intentional to allow your feelings to be expressed. You are the writer here, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on this. Another thing I need to mention is the incomplete wording, such as, in”S”, 2nd line. “Feels like the world is moving i slow motion.

I really do like your work and look forward to reading more of it. Thank you for sharing.

I agree. I think the reason so many people side with him, who have no reason to side with him, is because they've dug their heels in. They've been scorned by people who knew better than they did, and the only way out of it for them, mentally, is to not be in the wrong. So they convince themselves that they aren't. In order to not be wrong, Trump has to be good. So he is, and everyone who says he isn't is lying. I think getting out of this mess is going to be tricky, and I'm not sure we can. But out best shot is to stop putting Trump's followers on the defensive and get them to understand that they have a place among us if they want to have one--and they must have a place, otherwise they will never leave Trump's side. Why would they?

I'm sorry. Getting your house back and your daughter back is a blessing, albeit in disguise.I do hope the police get him first. He won't even realize what he did was so wrong. SADLY. Work on healing her, she needs your help. Thanks for sharing.

Today, is rainy,dreary, and slow. I keep fallin asleep at my desk.I need a five hour energy drink. Atleast it's Friday and i dont have to see this fuckin place for another 48 hours. Think i'll go home and see just how much liquor my liver can hold. Watch Netflix and smack the wife on the ass. Sounds like a plan to me. What you all think?

What's happening folks! It's the Don Dadda back at ya again! Feeling great this Sunday morning, ready to do this little work time then hit the gym. Too bad the planting supervisor is on vacation, because that means the Grand Wizard is comin in today. Seeing him on Sunday is like walking into church and seeing the Devil behind the podium. The man is an Asshat for sure. But i aint gonna let him fuck up my day. I can handle his punk ass for four hours. Lost a friend last week. Guy i've known for about six years. He was a tech support guy for a chemical supplier we buy our chemicals from. Always thought he was one of the happiest guys i'd ever met. Guess i was wrong. He hid it well, but he was having big problems with his wife. I guess last Sunday night he ate the barrel of a shotgun. Damn. R.I.P. Ben King.

Ok, damn it, i am getting my ass back to the gym for the first time in three months! Gonna keep at this weight-loss-get- in- shape thing til i get it right! Trying to keep myself motivated, get the molasses out my ass and just do it like Nike. Ok maybe it's just me, but i was watching tv or something and i saw one of those "Arrive Alive" commercials, right? And it hit me how dumb it is. Ok it's good to stop folks from drinking and driving, though if you drive to a bar and drink, how the hell they think you gonna get home? But it dont make since, because, unless you are headed to a morge to start with, the only way you CAN arrive is alive, right? If you get in a car accident and die on the way, they dont put you in the meat wagon and take you to where you were going and say " See? He arrived dead cause he was drinkin, or didnt have his seat belt on. Is it just me?

Well, it was a fucked up weekend. Michelle, my 19 yr old Daughter, damn near kills herself with vicodin, trying to stop a toothache, and my lil cousin Quentin, ( we call him Q-Ball) was shot in an attempted robbery five hours later. Both are fine now, Michelle got her stomache pumped, and Q was shot in his hand, had to have surgery, but came out fine. Them fools that tried, and i say tried, to rob him didnt know lil cuz was an Army war vet. that saw combat in iraq. He answered their shots with shots of his own, driving them off with twin 40 glocks, even though he took one himself.I teased him that he zigged when he should have zagged, and all he said was he wanted to get the surgery over so he could get back to work. He is working on opening his own electronics store. Hell he even sold me a 55 inch vizio flat screen. But it all turned out right, they are fine, and i'm back to work. Peace!

Hello all! Hopefully when i get home my internet will be back up and i can get indepth with this blog thing again, because it's hard doin this from work. Kind of miss talking to yall though, and i wanna get back to doing it on a regular basis. My 17 year old son asked me a question yesterday and my answers stunned us both. He asked me if i could ask God a few questions what would they be? My first answer, quick as a flash was: " God, what the hell were you thinkin of when you made duck-billed platapusses?" Next: " Why have you sent Sarah Palin to our planet?" and finally, " Why does i come before e except after c?". No shit, this is what came to my mind. My son wants me to get checked out. Mentally. He thinks maybe i stuck my finger in a live electical socket as a kid or some shit. Anyway, I'm feeling good, things are great at home except my internet situation, and i'm rollin like thunder. I havent even had the urge to beat the breaks off of the Grand Wizard lately. Is this the calm before a helluva storm? We shall see!

Hello again my friends! Monday morning, feeling Great! Kickin off the week with a wish that my Grandmother feels better, and a prayer to God for giving me the strenght of will to avoid the tatto party my oldest daughter threw at my house yesterday. All of her friends, the tatto guy, and my wife are all gonna suffer this morning, after all the vodka and Remy Martin they drank. I locked myself in my room and watched a whole season of NCIS just to avoid waking up with a killer hang over. I am proud of me!

I can't believe this. The brand new cable modem that supports the phone and the internet in my house has expired again! Third one in three weeks. First i blamed the kids, then i said maybe it was the wall socket it was plugged into, but yesterday i was using the damn thing, plugged into the same surge protector as the damn computer, when i smell burning plastic. Suddenly i heard electric sizzling and poof! No phone and no internet. Again. Only had it back up for a few days. Wtf?

Hello all. What's good in the hood, folks? Damn cable company, my internet and phone been down for a week. just got it back up. So tell me something good yall.I got one, my oldest daughter just landed a job at Apple! Now she can pay daddy tax! That's the tax a kid pay just cause i said so.
