Daily Flash Fiction Challenge: "Entry for 04.02.24 - The Wager"  

Newsletter links: "For Authors Newsletter (March 27, 2024)" 
Because it is the most far reaching of them all - we're all authors. Being about names, which are extremely important in completing a piece and supplying atmosphere.
"Fantasy Newsletter (March 20, 2024)" 
Because Fantasy was my first love. The driving force behind my fantasy is the real world and its problems.
"Horror/Scary Newsletter (November 1, 2023)" 
Because Horror has been the first and most successful genre I've tried since joining WdC. And this one deals with what makes it work.
"Short Stories Newsletter (January 3, 2024)" 
Because Short Stories have become my thing since joining WdC. This NL deals with word selection - which matters to me.
"Poetry Newsletter (March 13, 2024)" 
Because Poetry has become so important to me. I always read the NL, even though it usually deals with forms - and I couldn't care less about forms. But this is Fyn and she's the best.
