Why Won't You Be At Convention 2006?

Sorry I missed you.

Hopefully I'll get to go next year. I've already started saving towards it. My reason was a combination of things that are to dreary to go into at this time.

I as a parent would like to know too what JP did to get grounded until Christmas.

I consider myself pretty “hip” on the internet and I use it a lot for research as part of my job and as an author, but as a parent “J” I'm pretty paranoia about the internet too, perhaps more so because I have to deal with some of hazards of it. I would rather see parents that are overly protective of their kids than the one’s that either don’t care or don’t fathom the vulnerability of their kids and the World Wide Web. Even sophisticated adults are victimized online. Don’t be too hard on your parents. There aren’t too many laws governing the internet therefore the parents really need to step up to protect their kids. Be grateful they care.

Next year I hope to attend the convention and perhaps see all of you there.
