Join me in honoring top authors
J.R.R. Tolkien was my initial inspiration for calling together others in a celebration. The anniversary of his birth is January 3rd. But January is a huge month for the most famous of great authors. Do a little research and you'll see what I mean.

Leave a note. Let the rest of us know who is a favorite author and why. Or, go a step beyond and post a link to an item inspired by a January-born author.
