Ptsd and major depression

This is my disability. I have lived it with since 1990. Also one of the reasons my career with the Forest Service was cut short(that didn't help me any) It took me this long to find something that actually will help me besides meds. I started writing in november and i am alot more happier then i have been in a long time and more outspoken (not sure if that is good or not) lol
