4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Garlic Powder or a Clove of Garlic
1 Stick of Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice (more or less to taste)
Melt butter in medium bowl. Add Lemon Juice and Garlic to taste (I normally use one clove or 1 tablespoon). When the ingrediants have been fully mixed, baste the chicken breasts. Use any leftover sauce to drizzle over the tops of the chicken.
If barbecuing, place tin foil below the chicken to catch any excess juice and cook to desired doneness. If using an oven, place on a greased cookie sheet and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
