Outside URL Homebase

I recently had a bad experience with an agency listed through Google ads here on Writing.com. The name of the 'agency' is WL Writers' Agency or WL Literary Agency. The ad opens to what appears to be a legitimate website for an agency based in NYC. They wanted to see my work, so like a fool I sent it in.

However, this group of 'agencies' belong to a guy named Robert Fletcher who has already been convicted of selling fraudulent securities in the State of Washington. The NYC 'agency' is really a mail drop for him--he is based out of Boca Raton, FL. What he actually does is sucker writers into phony editing and publishing scams. You pay him and he does NOTHING.
