Thanks for reviewing my reviews!

The GP's are great, but the encouragement to keep on giving in-depth reviews is even better. It is time-consuming and often thankless work. Sometimes I spend days laboring over a single review and never get even a "thank-you", but I keep on sending out my best reviews because of the few authors who have written back and told me how much a review helped them look at their work with fresh eyes and see where it could be even better than what they had thought was their best.

We're always told to keep our reviews encouraging and respectful. Thanks so much for encouraging and respecting those who take their time to send such reviews to others.
