For any one who suffers from chronic pain |
I apologize for not stopping by more often than I do. I've had some major personal issues for the last six months, which have sent my body and soul into a tailspin. I believe I am beginning to level out now. I seem to have a tendency to pull my head into my shell when things get to be TOO much. On February 13th, I had knee surgery. Fortunately it was only laproscopy. I am just now able to sit in my desk chair for longer than a few minutes as the position my knee is in while sitting gets painful quickly. I hope everyone is doing well and having more good low-pain days than not. I miss you all and hope to soon 'shed' my shell completely and start living again. Knowing everyone is (and always has been) here for me helps so very much. Gentle hugs and soft kisses to everyone. Keep smiling. People are like stained glass windows - the true beauty can be seen only when there is light from within. The darker the night, the brighter the windows. ~ Elizabeth Kubler Ross ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only **
