         I called my Grandma Ruby today. She wasn't feeling well and said she had a cold and had been feeling dizzy, unstable and nauseous and almost fell when she got up through the night. She said she was hoping the doctor would stop by. She planned to stay in bed all day.

         I encouraged her to eat well, and try to get out of bed if possible. If you stay in bed too much, you'll just get older faster. That got her attention, and she said she knew that. Too much bed rest weakens one.

         God help Grandma Ruby.
