I'm still working on a full recovery from my fall in May. I never, ever expected the repercussions to continue for so long. I have tons of exercises to get my hip mobile again, and it's hard work. But, I am improving, so I know you can too, even if yours is a medical issue and mine is physical.

Let's do this!
