Dear Jeremy,

Thank you for writing to Bubba in our Customer Care Department. He is always happy to get letters from our faithful and loyal customers. On the other hand, we have to put up with letters like this one.

I suspect you have been into the funny cookies again. Bought those special Almost Home cookies and that's about as far as you got before they were gone, almost home.

Let me ask a couple of questions to determine how we should handle this complaint. First, did the cookies in question have cheese in them? Did they come in a box with the name The Whine & Cheese Company, Inc on them? Did they have an endorsement on the box from Jim Whinnery, Bubba Whinnery or Billy Bob Whinnery? Is there a lawyer, Sheriff's Dept, FBI or any other group who go by letters instead of full names? If the answer to any or all of these questions is yes or no, we have no statement to make.
