I send out regular emails to "Invalid Item" every fortnight around the Symposium and the newsletter. These mailers go out to (340) members, many of which are not active. Has it ever been suggested to create an exemption list for the group mailer that would allow a member to stay in a group but not receive the mailers? A simple toggle, perhaps, where I could move them into or out of with ease?
Of course, this may already be available, in which case, I would feel like a major tool.
