I tend to ignore my plan when it actually comes to writing.
I was participating in the Official Sprint over at "NaNoWriMo Sprint Writers Forum" when I realised if I continued for the whole half hour, they'd be sat drinking coffee the whole time.
I'm not sure if this is strictly within the forum's rating, so please beware that the next part might not be entirely suitable...
They just burned some bodies in the garden. One character was in shock about it, one character went to shower to get rid of the blood, and the MC was trying to stop everyone going crazy. She figured (because I don't control her!) that coffee would be good for the guy in shock. I need to go from the kitchen drinking coffee, to a crime scene with a couple of murders, and make it seem natural. I'd rather it not be a phone call, if there's another way around it. Suggestions?
