Had a terrible week of non-writing, but then managed another 5K on Saturday, before cutting my hand de-pipping an avocado and requiring stitches. Fortunately, not my writing hand but it stopped me anyway.
However, I'm at 28,654 in my rewrite and very pleased. The story's turning out very different in the rewrite and I'm letting go scenes I'd been hanging grimly onto! Hoping to do a burst this week and the coming weekend. Not sure I'll get to 50K, but hoping to get to 40 at least.
