That said, nearly all of the content of your post here is off topic for this forum. Also, this forum does not allow the discussion of how to promote your book on other sites.

Considering the restrictions on the other site forums, I'd hesitate to say it's okay to broach that topic there either. However, you should be able to use your Notebook/the Newsfeed to do so, or post in a member-run forum where that topic is on topic. Check site search for both groups or forums concerned with publishing and/or marketing -- both, because such forums could be set to group-only.
