Goals for the Week of April 24th

My goals of the week:

After two months of winter escape and feasting on French Pastries, it's time to shape a spring routine and do some serious dieting. First I need to ditch the daily weigh-in and make it a weekly encounter, so my focus stays on a closer dietary discipline.

By weeks end:
I hope to have lost at least two pounds.
Culled through the clothes in my closet and removed those I haven't worn all winter.
Dip into my new detox cookbook and try at least one of the recipes.
Get together with the family for at least one dinner.
Get out walking at least three times.

Daily Goals:
Morning Stretches
Blogging
At least one review
