Hi, Tiki! As long as you originally wrote the story, then you should hold the copyright to it, as long as it wasn't published elsewhere. By that I mean the other site can't legally hold your copyright to it. BUT if it was previously 'published' by an online e-mag or something else, they might retain the rights to it for a specific amount of time. Your work is YOUR work, and as long you have ownership, you can do whatever you like with it. Writing.Com automatically copyrights anything you post on here in your name, or your pen name.
