You'd have to check with the competition to know -- it would be stated in the rules if there is a limit, but best guess is "no".
ASR basically means it's not something like a 7 or 8 year old would or should read on their own. There are very, very few pieces and competitions that focus on children's writing only. Most competitions on the site allow up to 18+ entries.
