I'm not sure how that message would be related to your membership renewal.

A "member not found" message usually occurs when a user link is clicked for an account that has been closed or if a typo occurs in a valid username. When a paid membership expires, the account isn't closed -- it just drops to a free account, locking the over-limits and not-allowed items.

The error message says you were trying to do something (with an item?) on/from your portfolio page. Do you remember what that was?


The only thing off I can see about your own port is that you renewed at the Basic level, but you have two Image items from when you had an Upgraded membership. Those are not listed as still locked, but they are not allowed for a Basic membership.
