I wouldn't say 'struggling', but I'm having to re-learn the finer detail of grammar that I learnt forty years ago at school, and quite a bit that I never learnt. I'm being taught (through reviews) by some very fine and helpful people, to whom I'll be eternally grateful.
If there was a part I might say I am struggling with, it's finding that compelling conflict within the main character, that the plot will touch again and again like an open wound. This is where the story lies, and the plot - entertaining and fascinating as it may (should) be - serves chiefly to spark that inner struggle regularly.
