I logged into your account to see what I see ... I can go to your Trash folder and I see plenty of email in there ... and a bunch from Google. You also have a "Google-Password-Stuff" folder that has a ton of emails from Google in it. A test search of those folders, both Trash and the GPS folder seems to work fine. Best guess at this point is that the emails are in there -- there's in fact a ton of them ... you're just searching for something that's not in them, whether that be a spelling error, typo, or mis-remembering exactly which emails came in.
