Typing issues developing Dragon Naturaly Speaking, Opinions?

Good Evening All.

I'm developing nerve issues with my hands, thanks to diabetes, and typing is becoming increasingly frustrating as I tend to need to do fixing. Just curious if anyone has experience with this software and any opinions.

Or if there is something else you may be able to suggest I look into?
