What you should tell the guy at Office Max is this:

If I type in "where the writers go to write", I can get the login page that should have the feather (mine doesn't) and the three little bars in the upper right-hand corner to log in to my account with. (mine won't work for me) BUT I have found that if I type my wdc email addy (kb6vas@writing.com) I can click on my portfolio or profile and get led to a bar which states LOGIN and I get in that way.


It's his job to figure out why.
