There isn't anything in your Portfolio or your Notebook, and there are no error messages in the log for you that relate to an item save that failed. Best guess is that it was never saved to the site. If so, the site would have no record of it.

If you put it in your Notepad, you can check that for yourself; note that Scratchpad contents are never saved:
https://www.writing.com/main/my_account/action/notepad/pop/1

When you create something on this site, you must successfully complete a Save operation (without an error message) or it will not be stored.


The beta drag & drop for Static items and Book entries does not work from a PDF file. The site does not offer any exporting as a PDF file. And with a free account, you do not have the ability to upload a PDF file as a Document item on the site.

If you are talking about converting a text processing file to a PDF file on your computer, you can either use software that does that, or use an online conversion utility.
