This has been reported several times in "Technical Support Forum"  as an intermittent problem.

The temporary fix seems to be:
Log out.
Clear cache.
Close browser.
Re-open browser.

Duplicate records in your Favorites list might be involved: "Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Fan not s..."   by The StoryMaster
