The unlocking utility takes up to 15-20 minutes after the membership purchase to do its job, so that should have happened by now.

The membership info shows that all 14 of your items, including the Book item are currently unlocked.

If you are still having problems, try logging out, clearing your browser cache, closing all browser windows, restarting the browser, and logging back in.
