Intro Rating Reassessment

A moderator changed my intro rating to Non-E after finding a reference to violence. I have changed the intro and believe it is now suitable for an E rating. If so, I would like to have the intro rating changed back to E.

Also, I would like the rating of the story itself to be changed from 13+ to 18+.
