Your account was lost/stolen for points, how did that happen? There is help for being able to have an upgrade. "Request An Upgrade From RAOK"  is where you can request help and find out more about getting help. Another way for gaining an upgrade is to enter contests, do reviews, and post in "Weekly Goals"  which will help you accumulate gift points. One other way for raising gift points which is what several members do when needed or for helping groups and other activities on WDC is the host an auction or raffle. I understand about the money thing. Please let me know how things work out for you. If there is anything I can do to help let me know and I'll see what I can do. One more thing to try is mentioning in your bio block that you need an upgrade or upgrade help.
