As of today, "Fictional Erotic Scenario" is still not working properly on my laptop. It ironically works just fine on my tablet though, albeit it takes longer to load the whole outline. And this laptop is only about two years old. If no one can figure out what the problem is, I guess I have to live with it, or hope it will fix itself.
