Prompt/ A dialogue with a mentally challenged person

I wanted this to be a challenge. People talk different, whether they're challenged or just from a different background and upbringing. Most of these entries were very heart warming and I thank you for that. Being able to emotionally reach somebody through your writing is why we are here. This month's winner is
