Export Your Work From Your Portfolio from Writing.Com 101  is about the Port Export, which has an HTML option. You could get what you want from that eventually, but there's a better option.

For Upgraded+ accounts, the Item Tools menu (gear icon at the top right) has an option called Export as HTML. Clicking it opens a pop-up window with directions and a text box with the HTML codes. Pop-ups must be allowed for the site. If you're using Mobile View, you might need to switch to Full Site View (an option near the bottom of the left nav menu).

"Technical Support Forum"  is linked from Need Help at the top right of every page, and in the left nav menu under Writing.Com Tools/Help: Technical.
