Hi all, my name is Debbie Emmitt, I'm an unpublished author working on my first novel. It's a mystery, first draft of 100,000 words is down, so now I'm onto the editing stage, using the most excellent Story Grid method (Shawn Coyne).
I've also launched a website that helps authors with advice on their website, and other online platform elements, but won't post the name or URL here as I'm not sure about forum rules (don't want to be chucked out on my first day!)
Am looking forward to sharing writing tips and feedback. Very excited to be here!
