Update: Sharmelle's Weekly Goals for June 18 - 22, 2018
Writing Goals:
1. Write a poem at least every other day.
2. Take at least a half hour to an hour each day to write my book.
3. Write another Poem for another Contest.
I did put one of my poems into a contest this past week.
4. Write in my Portfolio and my Blog on WordPress at least once this week.
5. Write at least three reviews each day this week.
I was able to get in two reviews this week and hope to be able to do more next week.
6. Write more poetry even though I cannot put them in my Portfolio until between July 1-15th, 2018.
I am still in the process of finishing a poem that I started with a friend and her son in it from here at Writing.com.
7. Write more task ideas for MHWA Monthly Mental Health Challenges.

I did write more ideas for MHWA Monthly Mental Health Challenges.


Health Goals:
1. Go to my four appointments this week.
I made a mistake I only had three appointments this week and I went to all three appointments this week.
2. Write/make four lists of what to talk to my four doctors about this week.
I did write two of the three lists needed for my three appointments.
3. Invincible Indigos Challenge ~ Cardio Exercise @ SparkPeople ~ The Biggest Loser Team.
I was unable to do this because someone in my home used up most of my internet this month so I could not use the videos I use online and I cannot find my sitdown workout video to use that instead.
4. Invincible Indigos Challenge ~ Strength Training @ SparkPeople ~ The Biggest Loser Team.

5. Do my weekly Check In's every Thursday in Invincible Indigos for Challenge @ SparkPeople ~ The Biggest Loser Team.
I did my weekly check.
6. Log in my Foods and Workouts on a daily basis @ SparkPeople.
I missed one of five days on logging my foods and I think I logged all my workouts in.
7. Find out more about what to be tested for next.
Next two tests I am having done are my Sleep Apnea Test and My Gallbladder tested.

Other Life Goals:
1. I will write an update on weekly goals for this week and get next week’s ready to go on the weekend.
Sorry I am late doing this it's been a busy day yesterday, but I am completing this now.
2. Get together with friends
I did not get a chance to do this yet this week.
3. Return or exchange printer for a new printer Monday.
Yes, my printer had been returned and no replacement yet.
4. It's time to figure out bills again.
Done and bills are paid.
5. Run errands.

The errands that needed to be done have been done.
