You can submit any of your own work that you still own the copyright for.

If the other site has only non-exclusive display rights, it's fine to post the work here.

If you have submitted it elsewhere under the agreement that the other site has an exclusive right to display it for a certain period of time, then that agreement would preclude submitting it here until that time period has ended.
